How to Buy A Home?
Are you renting and thinking about buying? The first thing you want to do is to see what you can afford. Set an appointment with a lender and get pre-approved. Ask them what you need to bring to the meeting. Soon, likley the same day you will have a pre-approval letter in hand and will know what you can afford. Do you know an experienced Realtor? You want to pick a Realtor who has sold many homes so they will be experienced and know what to do when the unexpected pops up. How do you find a Realtor?
