$8000 Tax Credit To Be Extended

The $8000 Federal First Time Home Buyer Tax Credit will most likely be extended. The Senate passed a bill yesterday extending it until the end of June and inserted a $6500 credit for homeowners who have owned for five years and are buying a different property.
