To apply for a mortgage gather two years of taxes, current paystubs or income statements, two months bank statements, your closing statement from your last closing and call 414-416-9194 to schedule an appointment. If you are renting and are looking to purchase you can follow the same format but you won't be bringing any closing statements. You should bring your landlord's name, phone number and address.
